What is the renewal price for cloud hosting?

Cloud hosting is included if you have a 'Creative License'. If you wish to continue using the FlowPaper Could Hosting you will need an active subscription.

For Zine license holders who wish to contiune to use FlowPaper Cloud Hosting, they will need to purchade the 12 month renewal fee. FlowPaper Services account is 50% of the original license fee you paid. You can renew this in your account area.

If you self-host while using the Zine license, you will not need to do anything after your 12 month subscription fee is over as your Zine license will stay active.

I need an invoice for the tax etc. Where can i find it?

The invoice gets attached to the email which gets sent to you when you purchase your license. You can also get a copy of your purchases in your account area under invoices in the right hand menu.

How do I update my credit card?

You can update your credit card in the account area at https://flowpaper.com/account/ 

How do I know if my account is set up to “auto renew”?

Your account is set up to auto renew if there is a cancellation button on the right hand side of your account details in the account area.
