How to purchase, access and get started with FlowPaper
Before you decide to purchase a license it is a good idea to do a free trial first as once purchased we will generally not refund your subscription. You can try FlowPaper for free here:
If you are satisfied with your trial and want to go ahead and purchase a subscription, you can either do so by clicking the upgrade button inside FlowPaper which will direct you to our website, or you can head straight there to purchase.
Please note that if you wish to have access to all our templates, you will need to purchase a creative license subscription.
If you have done a trial and do not wish to purchase a subscription, your trial publications will automatically be deleted three weeks after the trial period ends.
How to download your software
You can download the publisher on our pricing page. Click the red 'try for free' button to start the download. If you do not wish to download and install the publisher in to your computer you can also use our online tool. You will still need your account details when you log into FlowPaper. All the software options will be avaible in a pop-up window.
Access code
An email gets dispatched to you once your purchase has been processed. This email contains account details, including the access code which you can use to log in to your desktop publisher and to your download area. If you have not received an email, make sure you check the correct email inbox, it needs to be the same as the account was registered under. If you have paid using PayPal then the account email is automatically sent to the email address that your PayPal account is set up with.
Switching from trial to license
If you have gone from a trial account to a purchased account and having issue connecting to your upgraded account, please check that you're logging in with the email address that the account details were sent to and that all letters are in lowercase. You can also try resetting your config file if it keeps happening. You do this by the following steps:
- Close the desktop publisher
- Go into your Documents/FlowPaper folder and delete your FlowPaper_Configuration.json
- Start the desktop publisher and log in again
