Access code
If you just purchased a license and payment has been taken but you haven’t received any access code yet, make sure you check the correct email inbox for the account email that gets sent out by us.
If you have paid using PayPal then the account email is automatically sent to the email address that your PayPal account is set up with.
Latest software version
With an active subscription, you will access to all the latest versions of FlowPaper. The web version is always the latest version, while you need to download newer versions for the desktop publisher. You can do that from the publisher or download it from the pricing page on the webpage https://flowpaper.com/download/
If you don’t have access, it could because you had multiple licenses and only one got renewed. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you out.
Incorrect login error message
I am unable to log in to the FlowPaper Desktop App. The login credentials work for the Account Area online but do not work for the desktop App; I am getting this message: "Incorrect login.
Please check your login details and try again."
But when trying again the Logging in button changes to Authenticate with no other instructions on how to Authenticate.
If this happens, try to reset your password at https://flowpaper.com/account/. This should allow you to log in as normal
Switching from trial to a license
We purchased a FlowPaper subscription license after using the trial version and have a key but every time I log in to the dashboard client it says that I have a trial version. Is there another step I need to take?
Make sure you're logging in with the email address that the account details were sent to and that all letters are in lowercase. You can also try resetting your config file if it keeps happening. You do this by the following steps:
- Close the desktop publisher
- Go into your Documents/FlowPaper folder and delete your FlowPaper_Configuration.json
- Start the desktop publisher and log in again
Why does FlowPaper only display 10 pages when I have Zine license?
It could be that you have selected one of the 'Elements' or 'Mobile First' templates. Make sure you select one of the 'Zine' templates if you have a Zine account. The Elements templates are only available to creative license holders.
